All goods purchased via our on-line store will be delivered via registered post within Australia and New Zealand.

Please note that your credit card will be processed through a secure site (128-bit SSL encryption) and will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. All orders processed for New Zealand are charged in Australian dollars with the exchange rate being determined at the time of the credit card authorisation.

Prices listed at the time of checking out include GST, as is required by Australian law. New Zealand purchases are not subject to GST.

Only products that are regularly stocked can be ordered via our on-line store and we endeavour to deliver your order within two working weeks of receipt of your order.

Customers will be notified within three business days if goods are not available or there is an unforseen delivery delay.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, or you wish to exchange your product for a different size, please contact our Customer Service department (03 9488 8500 within Australia or +61 3 9488 8500 Overseas).

Please note;

• Goods should be returned by registered post, together with proof of purchase (i.e. invoice).
• Postage for the return of the goods is to be borne by the customer unless the item is being returned due to manufacturing imperfections.
• Refunds can only be credited to the credit card used on the original transaction.
• In the instances of size exchanges additional freight may be applicable.
• Refunds are at the full discretion of Licensing Essentials.
• Some furniture items require special packing, shipping and insurance conditions and therefore additional charges will be discussed with you after your purchase has been received.

As a general rule, refunds are applicable if the goods are returned to Licensing Essentials (44 Sparks Avenue (PO Box 194) Fairfield Australia 3078);

• in original condition, suitable for re-sale;
• with all packaging in-tact;
• within 30 days of the transaction date;
